Our one on one training classes are 50 minutes, meant to strengthen and condition your muscles to prepare you for your next event. Footwork, check! Agility, check! Balance, check! Everything needed to prepare you to take you to the next level of your game.

With 3 different trainers we are able to work around you scheduled to get one on one, or even small groups. The more classes you purchase the cheaper your classes are for each.
Now that summer is here and covid is on the way out, we are able to move around the city, and work out indoors and out. This gives us a unique advantage to prepare you menially and physically for your next game.
How often can I train? You can train everyday or once a week, it is based on your personal preference. (We will advise what is recommended based on your goals.)
How many people are in training sessions? Training sessions are full customizable. If you want a one on one or want a group. It is up to you.
