Are you ready to get moving, join our classes to get moving, stay in shape, have fun, or to train for the next fight. We have all types in our classes from a 5 year to get active, to a pro fighter training for their next fight.

We want to ensure you love our classes before you sign up so much we stand behind it by providing 3 free classes before you pay our low monthly cost.
Our Clients
CDM wants to ensure we offer programs for everyone in the community. Because of this, we work with students from 5 years old and up. We do not turn away students with disabilities, we work with a wide range from anger management to ADHD to basic respect.
Current deal
In addition to our 3 free days, we are currently offering $50 down and $50 a month. Multi family deals available upon request.
Join our Team
Not only will you join the family but you will be trained by USA registered coaches, but former and current boxers. Our elite staff has an extensive background with over 50 years of boxing expercenince.
